Jessica Hosking

Director/Founder

Jessica, the founder of Future Wellbeing, with extensive lived and hands-on experience working
with children in various settings including being a foster carer. She has qualifications in both Aged
Care and Disability. She has developed a vast understanding of trauma and the impacts it creates
on disabilities in children.

 

Her diverse background includes practical involvement in different aspects of child development,
allowing her to bring a holistic perspective to her work. With a passion for psychosocial disability
support, Jessica is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals facing a variety of challenges.

 

Jessica delivers her services in a highly outcomes focused framework, ensuring the people she supports reach their full potential and have access to all quality services required. She has an extensive understanding of the NDIS framework and implements her participants’ plans to maximise the full choice and control of Future Wellbeing’s participants. Her commitment to
learning is ongoing with recent training completed in Pathological Demand Avoidance.
Jessica volunteers with local committees in the disability sector as she is passionate about ensuring quality service providers are linked together. She also provides free mentorship and guidance to other aspiring NDIS business owners.

 

Through strategic partnerships and community engagement, she shares the vision of a more
inclusive society with her network of collaborators. Jessica’s leadership is characterised by a blend of creativity, compassion, and a results-driven approach, as she continuously strives to drive positive change and foster a culture of inclusivity within the disability community. In her spare time, Jess likes spending time with her family, and her dog and playing tennis.

Romy Ploszczyniec

Support Coordinator

Romy is a seasoned Support Coordinator with over 7 years of experience. Her 12 years of experience in personal injury law has enabled her to understand the needs of the participants. Romy understands the impact of a participant’s disability on their day-to-day life.

 

Romy works extensively with participants with a variety of behaviours and disabilities mostly within psychosocial backgrounds. She is well versed and experienced in dealing with external agencies specifically hospitals, Public Guardians Office and the justice systems.

 

Romy works with high integrity and values and strives to see her participants reach their goals. She delivers her service with a holistic approach and is a collaborator, believing that working with stakeholders encourages the best possible outcome.

 

In her spare time, Romy likes spending time with her family, gardening, building Lego and road trips.

Isabella Manea

Support Coordinator

Bella is a psychology graduate, a dedicated and compassionate professional with a profound
understanding of human behaviour and development. She is currently doing on her Honours. Her journey in support work began with hands on experience working directly with Children in Out of Home Care, allowing her to witness the unique challenges and strengths that children face.

 

Bella takes a very proactive approach to her role ensuring that her participants are reaching their goals. She has a gentle and compassionate approach and believes in positive long-term relationships.

 

Fueled by a passion for making a positive impact, she possesses the eagerness combined with
academic background with practical expertise to offer comprehensive support for people with disabilities both visible and invisible.

 

Her commitment to creating inclusive environments and tailored supports stems from her own belief in the potential of every individual to thrive, regardless of their abilities. With a holistic
approach and a heart-driven mission, she aims to contribute to the wellbeing and empowerment of persons with diverse needs.

 

In her spare time, Bella enjoys, spending time with her family, doing her artwork and is passionate about many genres of music.
